2. Shipping

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • Shipping times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production, fulfillment, or carrier issues.
  • You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • keepphambili™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If your item arrives with a clear issue, please contact us via our contact form within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item.

4. Product Information

  • Slight variations in fit, color, or texture may occur and are not considered defects.
